Fitness Club

Description:

The Fitness Centre is a health, recreational, and social facility geared towards exercise, sports and other physical activities. The aim of the club is to produce healthy body and sound mind with a positive attitude. A mini Gum with advanced equipment and a tread mill is maintained in the Sports Recreation Room . Students are encouraged to enrol in Yoga classes offered by the college through a qualified trainer. Class are conducted in Auditorium. The club also teaches Aerobic activities, Flexibility – enhancing activities ensure a good range of motion in the joints and Muscle and Strengthening.

Objectives:

  • To ensure mind in a sound body.

  • Helps to keep one’s learning, thinking and analytical skills sharp.

  • To stay healthy and strong amidst pandemic.

  • To relieve from stress and strong amidst pandemic.

  • To relieve from stress and anxiety and lead a happy and healthy life
